Amidst the need for a practical solution to savor the delightful taste of Cuko, Mr Ahmad Berlian Ariansyah, Gr., S.Pd., who is the Head of Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang, created an innovative and appetizing solution called "Instant Cuko". Mr. Ahmad Berlian stated that initially, they were faced with the demand to innovate constantly, especially in preserving the unique and traditional cuisine that could showcase the diverse local wisdom of Palembang city. However, a common challenge was conveniently bringing these signature dishes outside Palembang city. Many visitors from other regions wished to relish the authentic Palembang dishes but were hindered by time constraints and other factors. For example, when travelling long distances by plane, bringing liquid-based food becomes impractical. Each food item has a limited shelf life, and often, when taken outside Palembang, it quickly spoils. Moreover, not everyone has the opportunity to savor authentic dishes from a specific region, sometimes the dishes are often exclusively available in their places of origin. So far, we have known that Pempek is always served with Cuko, which is in liquid form. But how can we enjoy the delicious signature Palembang Cuko? It's certainly not possible to carry liquid cuko when travelling and so on. Therefore, this motivated Mr. Ahmad Berlian at Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang to create and initiate the production of a product called "Instant Cuko".

Second method: 

1. Prepare a container or bowl to serve Cuko. 
2. Put 115 grams (one bottle) of Instant Cuko or adjust according to your preference into the prepared bowl. 
3. If using 115 grams of Cuko from one bottle, add 115-200 ml of water. However, add water as needed if you prefer to adjust it to your taste. 
4. Wait a few minutes until the water is absorbed and dissolved in Cuko. 
5. Once Cuko appears thick, the Instant Cuko is ready to be enjoyed with Pempek or any other dish you prefer.
